However, its seems like you are holding our rightful salary & compensation for quite some time. Its more than 1 year since you have been pending to provide our salary & compensation.

Kindly provide us our salary & compensation as per your previous letters that you have sent to each of us. As we believe, a big firm like your are efficient and will fulfill its promises.

If you are finding this posting then you probably also were scammed by Agni Gencell. We design and build automation machinery here in Ct. We had a purchase order for a very large automation machine to build for them. The PO and down payment were issued, and we began work on it. As we continued our Progress on the machine, Peter Allen, the son of Gencell’s founder, Jeff Allen, told us the company had a potential buyer. There was a Malaysian company named Agni that would be buying them. At this point Gencell was already about 2 months late on their payment. gencell said once the acquisition was complete by Agni, they would pay the late payment, and then we could resume working on their automation system. Well needless to say this dragged on for months. Peter Allen ended up quitting Gencell leaving just his Daughter in law, Joan Allen. She was also full of empty promises about making the payments. We ended up calling our lawyer which basically said “Get in Line, they owe everybody”

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do any work for Agni Gencell, or even invest in their company. It is all a scam. Stay away, and save your money...........

The Challenge

I know Linghams and co. realized the existence of this blog. Nirmala has get into our shoutbox, making some noise, trying to defend themselves. To be fair, I would like to invite anyone of them, be it Sri Lingham, Nirmala, Madam, MJ, or even Maniam to defend themselves against our accusations.

Maybe Madam wants to tell us that the reason our salary been paid by cheques is because other companies have never thought of that 'innovative ' method. Or maybe MJ really thinks that a pipeline design can be made before GA is finalized. Don't ask me what GA is.

Don't you want to hit me after all these writings about your stupidity? The destruction of Agni Energie

We have been fighting for our rights since 12th June 2009

Finally, the so-called renewable & alternate energy super power in the world, Agni Energie (subsidiary of Agni Inc) closed down. Dr Sri Lingham, families & friends have ran away. All remaining loyal staffs (including Agni Energie's Legal Representative) were also retrenched without any termination letter.

A 3rd party has took over the company.




We are still in the midst of getting our salaries & claims. Sob sob sob...

Agni Inc : Gave their workers a bounce pay cheque

The Agni clumsy management had promised that all of the pay cheque for our salaries and other claims will be posted to us on 12th July 2009 (Sunday - see how clumsy they had pick up this date). Finally, the day had come. Some retrenched workers got their pay-cheque on the 11th, while others, received on the 13th and 16th. Sadly, there were some cases where the pay cheques did not arrived at their post box! (see, it is risky when Agni clumsy management tend to sent our cheques via AR register, because AGNI ENERGIE (AGNI INC) is the MOST EVIL EMPLOYER in Malaysia - currently, also in U.S and Europe).

Well, we thought - after all of us had received our pay cheques, we could wrap-up our blog and stop thinking about AGNI. But the story got worsen, because....

THE PAY CHEQUE BOUNCES... CEK TENDANG!!!!!!

The local bank had freeze Agni Energie Malaysia accounts. We cannot encash the cheques. The local bank had maintained a post indicator - 'No transaction' for Agni Energie Malaysia accounts.

During a discussion between Agni's Legal Representative with a group of Agni's ex-worker at Labour Office, a 3rd party had freeze all Agni clumsy management accounts due to legal reasons. We cannot disclose the reasons yet due to the fact was not clearly stated to us. The Directors even did not inform their own Legal Representative on that matter.... "Dr Sri Lingham, Families and Friends are running away?"

Now, all of us are relaying on the Labour Office to liaise with the 3rd party and Agni clumsy management.

However, Dr Sri Lingham, families and friends once again playing 'hide and seek' with all of us - as they had close the office & factory until further notice since 13th July 2009. The question arise, until when?

"Where are you running and hiding Dr Sri Lingham?"

"Shame on you!"

"You can run and hide, but GOD will punish you, your famillies and friends."

Cowardice?

Guys, we're not cowards. I'm planning something that may be huge (in monetary terms). But it will take some time as we're still looking for another job. Another problem is this action will involve another parties and quite time-consuming.

It's very saddening because I believe Agni has a very bright future in front of it, but unluckily, it's led by a bunch of peoples who clearly have no idea what they deal with.

What Are We Gonna Do?

What we should do after being treated like this? Last Friday, some of us has lodged reports to Labor Department, Wisma Consplant, Subang Jaya. Although it's understandable that each one of us have our own matters, please be more pro-active to fight for our right.

During a lengthy discussion with an officer from the department, he suggested that we hire a lawyer to fight for our case in the court. I strongly back his suggestion because we know nothing about the law. Remember that day? We just simply signed the letter without knowing what it meant. We must bear in mind that Sri Lingham is a man full of tricks. Anybody knows the story how he pulled his tricks so that the company didn't has to pay its suppliers? In the turbine vendor's case, Agni was not willing to pay for its services because it alleged the vendor for being late, thus against the agreement.

Has anybody heard about how a mat rempit filed a lawsuit against PDRM for wrongfully detaining him after a road block? His lawyer present the arguments on how the policemen wrongly handled the road block, e.g. not putting the required cones, not wearing the uniform, less than 3 required policemen, etc. The mat rempit won. This proves that our law has many loopholes which are realized by Sri Lingham and his team of lawyers. Why did he asked our HOD to sign the retrenchment letters although all this while he's the one who signed the employment, confirmation, and wage increment letter?

I realize that we must be fully prepared if we wanna go against him. The Labor Department officer himself admitted that his scope of power is limited. When I asked him,"What will happen if the company suddenly change its name? Will this report still valid?", he answered,"I don't know". Another question, "What if the company suddenly declared bankrupt?". The answer is the same..

The government bureaucracy is very troubling. Our report will be submitted to Officer A who will then submit it to Officer B and the process will take months, if not years. If we hire a lawyer, I believe that this process will be cut short because the lawyer should know the jurisdiction. He will refer to his books of laws, records of previous cases, and any other relevant documents. That's how a lawyer works. And that's the reason the Perak crisis is still on-going.

How about the cost? Usually, in the case like this, the lawyer will be paid of 10-20% of the collective demands. I know we all want 100% of our rights, so I wanna propose that we make an agreement with the legal firm that if we win the suit, the lawyer cost will be paid by Agni, not us. If we lose, we'll not pay a single cent to them. I think our collective demand is around hundreds of thousand, and it's a big money for the legal firm. The lawyers are smart, and they will study our case thoroughly. If they think we can win, they will fight tooth and nail for the case, and if not, they will tell us sincerely.

Let's wait for 12.07.2009, because our ex-employer are required to pay us back by that time. If not, let's meet and discuss.
